Hi,
I set up a screen lock on my phone to keep my kids from downloading their games and playing until my battery runs out. It was working until I reset it and the 4 digit pin I entered isn't working to unlock it. In the past, there was an option to enter the user name and password for the gmail account associated with the phone but I haven't been prompted to enter that. Verizon and Motorola both say that factory reset is the only option. There must be a way to get back in without going that drastic route!
