How can I get back into my phone without the pattern code without wiping it and loosing everything?

Sorry no way around it. If you forgot your pattern then you will have to do a hard reset.... there is no way to avoid it.

Will I get all my stuff back if it's all backed up?
it's all depends on how you back them up. A hard reset will delete data. It's basically a factory reset. So if you have your photos, videos, and other files backed up to your computer, you should be fine.
