Help Locked out! Please Help

I was at work last night, when I recieve a text it lights up the screen, and then occasionally will put the password thing in (wrong of course) when in my pocket. Well it did this so many times that when I went to look at my phone it wouldn't let me in and said that the password was put in too many times, and gave the option to put in my email and password in. I gave that a try and for litterally 12+ hours now it has had the word "Checking..." and a little spinny thing!!! I have a text that I need to see so if there is anyway of getting in my phone without hard resetting please let me know.

if i understand right you know the password and your pocket is the one that used all the failed attempts. try pulling the battery then putting it back in and let it boot up and you should be able to unlock your phone normally.
