locked out

how do i get the email required page.. its says too many pattern attempts. the email we registered the phone to for the market app dont work? i even tried the hard reset and it still came up too many pattern attempts..... ive tried everything i could possibly think and even more from my cousin that works for sprint.. what do i do now? any info or stuff in the phones memory can be replaced
