I have just purchased an adroid 2.1 direct from china (bad mistake) it has a scratch on the screen and several pitted spots which are annoying but my main problem is that the screen has suddenly locked and no matter what we do it will not open any of the icons on the desktop. A screen message tells us that the screen is locked and to press menu - this does nothing.
Does anyone know what we can do?
