I'm a new user of a LePan tablet - just trying to follow the instructions and get this thing up and running. Tried down loading a game and it has frozen up, won't even turn off. Can someone help before I go toss it in the pool. Thank you !!!

Sorry to hear that you are having this sort of problem. Have you tried removing the battery? I don't really know much about your device, but if the battery can be remove.. then this would be a good time to do it.

The best place to get help with your device would be in the forum for your specific device model. Select it from the list on the Home Page and join your device's area of support. Hopefully, you will get help to have you straighten out.
