Locker screen with the 'camera' tab option...how to get it back?

i'm trying to restore the Ginger Bread locker screen that came with the phone....the one that has the camera option tab on the right, and the home screen tab on the left. i downloaded a few "GO Launcher" locker screens and tried them, but now the stock one doesn't appear anywhere on my camera ('installed', 'downloads', etc).

inasmuch as i frequently open my phone up directly to the camera app, i'd like to restore this locker screen....but dunno how now.

any help appreciated....and btw, i'll gladly take any other locker screen that includes a camera tab....i don't particularly have to use the 'stock' one.

ICS has a "lock" screen with a camera option. But it only seems to become active if you let your screen time out but before your phone becomes locked (meaning you have to use a code/pattern/etc). It's very annoying. I'm really starting to think they really screwed up with ICS. It's just not as intuitive as GB was.

What are you talking about? Just turn your lock to slide and everything is there. They didn't screw up with ics. It runs flawlessly
 
I have a pattern lock on my phone. In GB when you hit the power button you got the slide screen and could go straight in to the camera even with the phone locked. If you wanted to get in to the phone you slid the other tab and put in the pattern. Now, when you hit the power button you automatically go to the pattern lock screen and have no option to quickly get in to the camera. So, yes, in my opinion they screwed that up since I have to sacrifice security for convenience when GB had both.
 
my mistake, in that i should have stated that i'm still on GB and thus wanted this fix for that until ICS gets to me.

GB had a better balance of security and convenience for the camera. *shrug* If I didn't have sensitive information on my phone it wouldn't be a big deal and I could go without a security code and use the slide on ICS.

You could always add a camera shortcut right to your hike screen. If you can type your code fast enough and hit the shortcut you could probably open the camera in the same amount if time

As far as I know you can't on the stock ics rom. But I do know if you have another SMS app like hand cent and you disable the stock SMS hand cent will pop up in place of it on the lock screen. Haven't found anything for the other tabs though
