Help locking down apps?

So maybe its something I'm missing but I keep accidentally moving apps around when I'm not wanting to. Is there any way to lock apps down to the page?

On you navigation bar press and hold the thumbnail button or press 2 cant remeber exactly.You will get a pop up at the top click lock homescreen

As far as I know you can't with Sense, you can with another launcher like Apex or Nova.

Please either explain more or post screenshots. I have looked all through this phone and do not see anything that would allow me to lock my launcher to prevent any changes.

I know that Android does not support this natively and one has to use a 3rd party launcher to achieve this function. Sense Launcher is a 3rd party, but I do not believe HTC built that function into their launcher.

I haven't used Nova Prime in quite some time, but if I recall correctly, it does support the requested function. Nova is one of my absolute favorite 3rd party launchers. Only downside is that you cannot use actual Sense widgets. You have to use 3rd party "Sense lookalike" widgets with Nova...

My experience too, Kratos. I as well would like an explanation if there is one as I use the native Sense and don't use Nova launcher.
