Help locking the phone while on a call

So my Eternity used to lock the touch screen when I was on a call so I didn't hit buttons with my face. This one doesn't seem to do that and I haven't found a setting for it. I'm sick of putting calls on speaker or muting them with my cheek. Is there a setting for this that I'm just not seeing??

Okay, im not sure really why the phone is doing this, but if you look at the image below, you will notice a few circles next to the earpiece, one of those circles is there to prevent this. As you place the phone to your ear, one of the sensors will sense the darkness of your head next to it, and will dim the screen, so you dont press any buttons with your face.

it's the proximity sensor, it is a know issue with this phone, Contact CS and request a replacement. Or do a factory reset and try again!
