Help locks during calls

Anyone know how I can stop this happening? Its doing my head in having to swipe then the unlock pattern after every call. If its a land line I've called I have to disconnect myself.

I'm using 'no lock' as it gives you the option to manually lock/unlock.

you could just press power button, that will disconnect call.
