Help Lockscreen notifications

Is this a limitation of Lollipop or Touchwiz?:

I can't click on a lockscreen notification and have it take me directly to the corresponding app. I have to click the notification once or twice, swipe lockscreen, then wait for app to open. Yes, an extra, slower step, but quite annoying nonetheless. This occasionally happens with the notification shade too.

Because it is a locked screen otherwise everyone could open your notifications. If you don't lock the screen it is directly accessible.

Even if it's not locked with a pin/password, it still doesn't take you to the app like it used to. That is annoying that they changed that

Any chance they are going to change this back to the way it used to be on the old version?

What is the point of having to swipe away the notification if it doesn't take you to the app? Total waste of time

Indeed I click on the notification then I must fingerprint cause that's my lock and I am directly in the opened app. Weather, facebook, WhatsApp, everything.

ahhh, ok. I got it now. Still a little less practical than the old way.

On my S3 I was able to swipe the notification and it would either open up right to the app or enter password/pin if it was fully locked.,
