Help Lockscreen Picture

Hi all,

Having a problem with my lockscreen picture. I like my lockscreen to have the same picture as my phone wallpaper but for some reason the image I have on at the moment won't change.

I have tried through Display > wallpaper and tried both the single lockscreen option & the combined wallpaper/lockscreen option but no success.

I have a pattern lock on my phone - so took that off so no security and tried to change the picture - again no joy

I'm running the Omega JB ROM (V20) if that makes a difference?

V20 is OLD.... That was probably based on a leaked version. It may well be a bug in the JB firmware at that time. Update to latest first, I recommend.

D/L Omega v31 see if that fixes it!!

I'm sure I only installed V20 last week, they love updating this one, must be nearly on nightlies!

Time passes quickly when in Android wonderland!!

Anyway..updated to V31...didn't fix the problem, but I have found out the cause.

It seems restoring the wallpaper setting from Titanium backup and then using Apex launcher causes some kind of lock in the system. So I restored all sysinfo in Titanium except wallpaper settings.

Applied my lockscreen and normal wall paper from the default launcher; then switched to Apex..and all is good again.

Ah yes, Titanium wallpaper settings cause all sorts of issues if restored. I had an issue on Gingerbread where they prevented me doping something unrelated such as changing the ringtone. It wasn't that specifically but something like that.
