I have just bought a scroll jelly bean 4.2 tablet. I have a PC with a wireless router and husband has a laptop. The laptop connected via the router straight away. However the tablet recognised the router but said it was unable to conect. Please can you suggest what to do to make it work?Thank you.
 
There are so many possibilities.

Make sure that the router is using WPA2TKIP (or TKIP/AES) security (or none - either will work with all Android devices).

Make sure that the router has at least one more available slot in DHCP.

Make sure that you don't have the router set to allow only certain MAC addresses, or that the tablet's MAC address isn't blocked.
