lollipop 5.0 speed fix

Hi to all of you with speed lag issues. This worked for me.
1.swipe all apps off the desktop.
2.drag back installed apps to desktop.
You should notice a marked speed difference. Good luck. Try with one app first and see if its faster.

Interesting, do you mean the stock (google) apps that originally appear on the home screen at first bootup?

I'll be sure to try this when I get home.. While 5.02 is still better than 5.00 its still lags..

No worries, like I say I had all my apps organised and tidy with kitkat and then had a system update to lollipop 5.0, I opened an app in the organised desktop location (so slow) I then dragged the same app from the main app storage and was way way quicker. Good luck

Just received Lolipop 5.0.2 Nexus 7 2012 last night ! Seems so much quicker so far!
