Help Lollipop and ringtones

Lurker
I have for some time used a ringtone from a classical music ringtones collection on my Nexus 5. However since it upgraded to Lollipop last week, this no longer works, and instead when somebody phones I get a succession of "bong" sounds at one second intervals. When I checked the settings, it had my classical music ringtone set, and even played it back correctly. I looked to see where it was getting the "bong" tone from, and couldn't see it anywhere in the list of ringtones.

Any idea what is going on here, and how I can get my classical music ringtone back please?

Good to see that I am not alone. But now I have another problem. When I connect the phone to the computer using USB, nothing happens. In settings it says that MTP is turned on, so I should see the Nexus disk in Windows Explorer - but I don't. What I wanted to do was delete the ringtone file and reinstall it.

Mine did that too and I never found a fix and that's one of the reasons ive moved back to my faulty moto x.
I did wonder if it was due to my new laptop but now I can rule that one out if it's not just me.
I saw 1 suggestion of going into settings, storage, 3 dots (menu) and click on USB
