Hey folks! I just got my grubby mitts on a Moto E LTE and am signing up for Airvoice's $20 plan, which comes with only 100mb of data. Very rarely do I need data, so this plan is mostly perfect, however I'm concerned about receiving MMS, specifically group messages. Textra used to offer the capability to temporarily turn on data to receive MMS, but that's no longer available due to Lollipop restrictions. I've been told Tasker is a possibility, but I'm not sure if it'll work for an un-rooted phone.
Can anyone offer suggestions on how to handle MMS on a phone that doesn't constantly have data enabled?
