I just got the official Verizon s4 lollipop update. I downloaded it and hit install. It shut down and went to tbyhe screen with the android robot with a rotating cube. After abut 5 min everything stopped and it said error. Then it restarted and I'm still on kitkat.
I have 4.44gb of available space, so I know that I have enough space for lollipop. Or do I need more?
Also I still have the padlock on the start up screen, but I know I'm not rooted. Don't know if that helps...
