I recently purchased a 2nd generation Moto E on android 5.1
I've started having problems with getting the WiFi to connect. One it actually connects, it will stay that way until I either walk out of range of the router or turn it off. The problem I'm having is getting the damn thing to connect!
It will absolutely refuse to automatically do it, for instance if I temporality walk out of and back into range it will not automatically reconnect. I literally have to open the WiFi settings, tell it to connect to linksys242 and even then it often goes into this " optaining IP address " loop where it goes " connecting... " " authenticating .. " " optaining IP address.. " then stops and starts again.
I've tried forgetting the network and retyping the passcode, that doesn't help.
What could be causing that?
