I use an app called Vignette which includes a great number of effects and styles, including LOMO. It does cost $4 US but you can download a demo version to see if it suits your needs.

Free is always good. And if you get the amazon app store (if your phone allows unknown sources, not sure what htc you have an what carrier) the Vignette app is only $2
