Long shutdown and restart times?

My start up times from when the Note 3 is turned off are pretty fast but restart and shutdown times seem to take forever. How long does yours take to shut down or restart?

My older Note 2 seemed to be faster restarting and shutting down along with my other HTC ONE.

I'm sorry but I don't count how many seconds it takes for my phone to turn off thats really not important doesn't make any difference.......
