looking for 7 inch tablet <300$

You might want to consider the Nook Tablet which has very good spec's and will be able to all that you ask of it. Priced around $250, it's a decent tablet and excellent eReader, although if you keep it completely stock, you'll have access only to Barnes & Noble sites and apps which are pricey.
If you went with the original Nook Color, you could root it and flash CM7 for the full tablet experience and have access to all of Google's services for less than $200. (I think they are still selling them for $179 for new accounts.)
The nice thing about the Nook line is that they have that SD card slot that let's you expand storage up to 32 GB and makes it very easy to modify.
