Looking for a book reading app that you can write notes in

[Razgriz47]

Hey all,

I'm looking for a book reading app that allows you to write handwritten notes anywhere on the page. I know that apps such as kindle allow you to make annotations using a keyboard, but I was wondering if there is an app that will just let you scribble all over the page.

Thanks

It depends of your ebook format.
