Looking For A Case That Improves Access To The Power Button.....

...Checked out the one in Verizon and while it was a very nice case all it had was a cutout to allow access to the power button. This actually made using the power button even harder as now you had to press down inside the cutout to actuate the power. What was off though was that this same case had a raised volume rocker built right into it that made accessing the volume way more easy that it is when the phone is "naked." Why they did this for the volume rocker but not the power button seems to make no sense.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew of a case that improved the ergonomics of the horrible power button.

TIA

I just got the Diztronic case for the same reason. It does have a cover over the power button. Can't really say it's easier because the feel isn't that great. But it does work and do what you want. I always get this tyoe case for the dull black finish and feel of it. Lets put it this way, that verizon case your talking about worked awsome on the volume. The power button on my new case doesn't work as good as that one did on the volume. It's like it's a little too soft and i have to press hard. Maybe I'm not used to it yet? But it does have a button cover that pushed the power button.

Personally, I don't like pressing the power button to turn my screen on every time I use it. I found a alternative solution to the power button that works great. The app Auto Screen On https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.omd.autoscreenon&hl=en turns on the screen when something moves in front of or touches the proximity sensor (to the right of Verizon). I went with the Verizon shell/holster case for mine and it turns on whenever I take it out of the holster or back pocket.
