Help Looking for a certain app

Hi, I'm looking for an app. I use Notification Toggle for quick access to shortcuts like the flashlight and Wi-Fi, but I am running out of real estate to add more toggles.

I need a folder type app that I can put shortcuts inside, that also has shortcuts, so that I can use it in Notification Toggle. I hope that makes sense..

I used to use Settings Extended but haven't in a while but it used to work nicely. There are similar apps out there too, if that's indeed what you are looking for.
