Looking for a good hiking app

Hey guys I'm looking for a back country hiking app that is completely functional off line. Readings such as altitude , barometric pressure, temp, and humidity all with tracking graphs, with a compass would be awesome! Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried Google's My Tracks? I'm having trouble finding one that would integrate all the various sensors that you're after though.

Far simpler but quite useful is Custom Maps.
