Looking for a launcher that doesn't interact with the live wallpaper

Hi, I've been using Nova Launcher for a long time now, but there's one thing that annoys me about it, and it's with Live Wallpapers.

I have two pages that I flip between on the desktop; one is empty, the other is filled with widgets. When I flip between these two pages, my live wallpaper moves, and the parallax is strong, and I hate this. Some of my live wallpapers appear best when they are in a 'fixed' position and are left alone while swiping around.

Are there any launchers out there that accommodate the description above?
 
Try Oflauncher it seems to work pretty good with my live wallpapers. Note: Depending on your device OS the launcher varies with its performances. OS from 5.1.1 to 7.0 and above seems to perform better with this launcher.

Yes I have, and some LWPs can still be interacted with

Hmm my device is the Note 3 and it's on 5.0, will that be ok?
