Looking for a network browsing app

[EvilBunnyRabbi]

I'm looking for an app to browse the shared folders on my local network so that I may stream movies from my media server onto my tablet. Does any such app currently exist?

I'm not sure if you can stream, but maybe AirDroid could help you!

I know such an app exists for iPhone. My husband has it. Just hoping to find something similar for android OS.

EStrongs File Explorer may be able to help.

I use two apps for this:
ES File Explorer accesses my network shares via WiFi.
And then ES let MX Player stream a choosen video

Thank you, Early and Harry. I will check those out.
