Is there a password/security app that I can schedule to lock my phone between certain hours? I am looking for an app that will require a password or pin to unlock the phone only between the hours of 8am and 3pm. It is during this time in which my phone is most vulnerable to nosey high school kids, and I have my phone plugged into my charger at my desk.

You can try "Super AppLock" paid version and see if it will work for you. (It's mostly used to lock certain apps, but I don't see why it can't do what your asking.) Also, why not just set up the stock lock screen on the phone which will lock the screen automatically after a certain number of minutes of inactivity.

You can PROBABLY use Tasker or the paid version of Automateit to do this. I don't have Tasker anymore and all I have is the free version of Automateit.
In free Automateit it would be:
Trigger: time of day
Action: Enable/disable Screen lock
(then build the reverse rule for disabling the first rule at the time you want it turned off).
But I can't actually check if this rule works for you. As the free version requires you gain points to unlock this "action" or pay for the full version.
