Looking for a programmer.

I'm looking for a programmer to make a small adjustment to a QR scanner such as ZXing (open source and code available online).

Would anyone be able to do this for me? I would be able to detail the required change. If not, is there anywhere I can find out how to hire a programmer? Thanks.

Thanks. Programming is way above my head. I've managed to compile Java before, but there seem so many extra steps with Andriod (linux?). Plus not being able to program...

So having help from a programmer, or joining opensource code together seems my only hope.
