Looking for a reminder app that does these 3 things

[Manish500]

Hey

Just switched over from iphone to Samsung Galaxy S3!!! Woohoo!!

I'm looking for a kick ass reminder app that

1) Has pop up reminders that you can't miss
2) Has location based reminders (ie, when I arrive home, etc)
3) Can automatically send texts at a given date/time

Is there one out there that does all these?

Thanks!
