Looking for a simple photo coloring/changing app

Looking for one of those simple apps where you can take a picture from your Gallery and change all but the dog to black and white. Or you take a blue shirt and make it red. That kind of simple mighty morphing color type stuff.

Anyone have one that they would recommend?

So far, I have looked at Color Booth, Color FX, Color Splash, Photo Art Color Effects, Snapseed, PicsArt and a few others. Nothing seems that intuitive or easy to use yet.
