Looking for a UK Android App Publisher

Dear all,

I'm looking for someone from the UK with an android developer license that is able to publish apps.

I have recently started a small completely white hat online business. I'm trying to save where ever possible, to limit the financial risk if things don't work out.

I have a basic app, that is literally two RSS feeds, and two social media streams. If anyone is able to upload the application to the app market for me - I would be most grateful. The application is free, and has been built on AppMakr.
