looking for adventure game ?

i had this game on my android but reset the phone cant remember what ist was...it was a adventure game, that had some beutiful backdrops..starts off with a waterfall backdrop...it was a adventure game where you had to move from screen to sscreen, collecting items to solve puzzles on other screen....had to move around from screen to screen...lovely music....remember one screen in particular where you had to put a heart shape object into a statue to change the season from summer to winter...any help please ta what this game is called...?..you move around by going back and forth to different screens...
