Looking for an android phone that ....

..... meets these needs:

Android OS
Display > 3.5" diag
Bluetooth
Hard keyboard
Can fully function on wall power yet without battery


Candidates? (any year, any make, as long as the conditions are met)



Concept:

Palm sized computer running a dedicated program.
Hard mounted and hard wired into car. Batteries can leak and pop in the heat, hence the desire to leave it out.

Never to be used as a phone.
