Help looking for an app thats like "Advance Config Tools" I had on the HTC Touch Pro

When i had a HTC Touch Pro, I used "advanced configuration tools" to change defaults and such on the phone.

Advanced Configuration Tools was a way into the back end of the phone, enabling the user to change stuff to their liking. Want this button to do this: Boom, changed. Want the camera to snap a picture in a half a milla-second? Boom, changed.

Is there an app that is like advanced configuration tools for the Moment or Android?

Taskcontrol too.
Toggle Settings lets you disable/enable connection settings and features.
