Looking for an App??

[JIMV]

I have a Droid II...I use a screen lock that turns on after 15 minutes...I am looking for an app that will enable me to use a screen locked phone to record conversations with a one button start....Being paranoid, I do not trust government officials in routine situations and want to record interactions without having to unlock the screen, open an app and then record...

Does anyone make such an app??

This is my first post on this forum so forgive any errors. I am simply looking for an app, not looking for a discussion on the role of government. I leave that to political forums...

You could maybe use widgetlocker $2 then get a voice recorder widget (there are many to try) place it on the lock screen and then you would just have to hit the power button (or you can set any hardware button to wake the phone like volume rocker) and tap to start recording.

Thank you...I will try both

Check the state and local laws where you live. Recording conversations without the other party's knowledge may be illegal. That would give the government a real reason to come after you. Better check federal law while you are at it.
