looking for an instant email notification app

Hello guys,

I'm getting a new phone and looking for a good app for email notification for my job (which notifies any work to be done via email).
Model: Note 4
Carrier: Verizon

What I'm looking for;

-instant notification
Preferably as fast as 10 seconds or so when email is received.

-sound notification
Notifies with sound and/or vibration even when the screen is off.

-email address filter
Just emails from one (or two) address needs to be notified. I don't need a notification from all emails.

-easy on/off
Would be helpful when I want to turn off the notification.

Any input/suggestion would be helpful.

Aquamail supports push notifications and is an excellent all round email app.
