Looking for app similar to HTC Speak

Hi,

I recently discovered what I think is a pretty cool feature on my HTC One M8. When in the car dock, if I activate HTC's Speak App and I'm connected to my car's bluetooth, it dials a number which allows me to use the car's microphone and speak to interact with the phone. Only problem is that HTC Speak seems to have very limited functionality, unlike Google's Voice Search.

Unfortunately, Google's Voice Search doesn't seem to want to dial a number, which means I can't use my car's mic and speakers. Have I just got some kind of setup problem, or is there another app, like HTC Speak, with greater functionality that interacts with my cars Bluetooth by forceably dialing a number?

Hi,
Unfortunately, Google's Voice Search doesn't seem to want to dial a number, which means I can't use my car's mic and speakers.
On my phone (4.3), if I say at the Google search prompt...
"Call John Smith"
...Then it dials the contact named John Smith. (Although I never tried it in a car dock).

That works for me as well, as long as my phone isn't connected to the car. My car has only basic Bluetooth integration - which I think only works when a number is dialled. The HTC app dials a number first which is why it works. Google search doesn't seem to do this.

Anybody got any thoughts?
