Looking for app to sync files to Cloud services

Second time I've had this issue, so time to find a solution!

Flashed an experimental ROM today, and it partially corrupted my SD card. I had a folder named ROMS (first problem) with all of my PSX/GBA/SNES games and saves. When I flashed, it corrupted just this folder. Easy problem to solve...stop using a dumb name.

However, this is the second time I've lost my save data, which is much more annoying. Re-starting Chrono Cross and FF9 will be a pain. So, here's what I'm trying to find: an app that can sync specific files.

I can find apps to sync folders, but I don't need the entire folder containing the .img files synced, only the .sav file.

Has anyone come across an automatic syncing app where I can select specific files rather than folders?

Thanks in advance!

You could use Dropbox. Have Dropbox app pointed to a specific folder on your phone and drop whatever files you want stored in this folder.

Sugarsync can do specific files.

Looking through this app right now, but doesn't look like I can schedule a nightly sync. May have to backdoor it with FolderSync and Tasker.

Valorian, the problem is you have to keep the save file in the same folder as the ROM. So if I were to do that, it would try to sync 2+GB of data every night. I only need the pointer to that one specific file for that reason.

Just heard back from the dev of FolderSync and apparently this functionality is built in using filters. The paid version is $3 and looks to be well worth it.
