Looking For Application

I download lots of apps but my phone is kinda slow now I want to know if theres a simple app that can tell me which applications are running processes or services in the background so I know which apps to disable

I seen one that fits what I want but way way way to complicated I just want simple and make sure its able to give me enough detail so I know which app it is

That helped but I need to be able for something to tell me what process and what services this just tells me whats open i think?

Download a terminal emulator, run it and once you are in the shell type ps followed by return

Sorry, when you said you wanted to see what processes and services were running I didnt think you wanted something simple. I use ps a lot on my linux boxes, so I guess I am used to seeing it's output

@tanner You have seen simple and now detail ... but you never said what you are trying to accomplish ..with something simple, but detail as well ??

So hard for us to read into your mind what you are looking for ... Please explain what you are trying to do and why ?
