looking for autobiography

Hi all.
I'm looking for a for an autobiography (it has to be an autobiography not biography which makes this search a lot harder) about someone in the technology field. This is for school and I want a good book that will enjoy. So the people I looked up were the top people I can think of, but not many people in the technology field write about themselves.
I looked up Steve jobs, found the biography but not an autobiography
Linuxs torvalds the Linux guy, nothing
Google founders are a mystery
Bill gates I haven't found one by him. Do you guys thing you can help me out with this search?

I read biographies about him, not sure if this any good or will do.

Pretty much-- about a two hour drive from anything interesting.

I bit the bullet and bought some six Sandman books off eBay.

Still reading Honor Harrington books right now (instead of doing homework... bad me!), on the sixth one, I think-- Echoes of Honor.
