Help looking for baseband ucla1

Hi everyone, i bought a galaxy note i717 rooted, unlocked, , running jb 4.1.2 ucmd3, with some issues, i wanted to downgrade to android ics ucla1, then upgrade to jb again through kies, in order to get rid of theses problems, so i downloaded the ics stock rom and did it through odin, everything went well except the phone won't detect my sim card, after some researches i noticed the baseband is still the same ucmd3 thi might be the problem.
so i looked for an ics ucla1 bb to download, but couldn't find any on the net, all links are dead. please whoever got a link that's working, post it asap. it would be much appreciated. thank you all .

here is where i stand right now, forget about modem ucla1, i downgraded to the previous firmware prior to jb, wich is uclf6 through odin flash and reupgraded to jb ucmd3 through kies. the phone detects my sim card now, with weak signal although, the problem now is when i make a call the phone keeps dialling for a certain time then crashes (hangs up), like it cannot connect to the network, i tried with another sim card from different company with much stronger signal, same problem. please if some body got the same issue, and what it took to fix it, let us know.
