Looking for cloud based notes for small company

I've been using Evernote for my personal notes & was just reading about the share functionality. But as near as I can tell, shared notebooks are not available on mobile devices (on any mobile device).

I'd like to find a cloud based note service that can be accessed via pc, any mobile device (including iPhone, my Android, Blackberry) or even web where a small team can all share tech notes together. Bonus points for searches/categories or some kind, and a way to keep some note personal and some shared all in the same app. Extra

Hmm. Wonder what happens if we all just have our devices synched to the same Evernote account.

Anyone know other services/programs? Actually just thinking now - anyone using Google Docs (which oddly I've never played with) for this kind of service? Looking into that now.

Playing with gdocs / goole docs a bit yesterday, not good enough I think. I'm very amazed I couldn't find anything for this type of application - something that would seem more obvious to me. Guess I have to home that 'soon' for Evernote won't be much more then 18 months!

Google docs should be able to do everything you want, though the mobile interface isn't the greatest yet.

Simplenote is a possibility (Simplenote. An easy way to keep notes, lists, ideas, and more.) The iOS app has sharing capabilities, but their website and other mobile apps don't seem to be able to do it yet.

Agreed, Google *should* be able to do these kinds of things (sigh). Can't recommend Simplenote to my company - not everyone has an iPhone.

Just found Upvise - testing it out now. Oddly found it on a grocery checklist thread.
