looking for developer to work with on card game

Hello.

I'm hoping to find a developer for my game "Gridiron Kings." It simulates a game of American football with 36 card deck (Ace - 9). It have played it dozens of times against humans.

While I would like the player to have the option of playing the computer, I would also like the game to be a turn-based game in the manner of Words With Friends. The defending player would select his defense, then the offensive player would run his play and be shown the result, and then the defending player would be shown the result and asked to pick his defense.

Example of Play:

In the game, you can run the option. Four cards are placed in a square clockwise from the lower right. The last card is dealt face-up. Clockwise from the lower right, the cards represent the Quarterback, the Halfback, the CornerBack, and the face-up card is the Defensive End.

The player decides if he can "beat" the Defensive End with his Quarterback. If so, the Quarterback card is flipped. If the number on the Quarterback card is equal to or greater than the number on the Defensive End card, the play is a success and another card is drawn for yards gained. If the Quarterback card beats the Defensive End card by 5 or more, the yards gained is doubled. However, if the Quarterback card is an Ace, another card is drawn. If this is also an Ace, the play results in a fumble. Similarly, if the Defensive End card is an Ace, another card is drawn and if that card is an Ace, the play results in a touchdown. Otherwise, if the Defensive End card is greater than the Quarterback card, the play results in no yards gained.

However, should the player decide the Defensive End card is too high to beat, he can have the Quarterback pitch it out to the Halfback. In this case, the HalfBack and Cornerback cards are flipped. Mostly, the same rules apply: beating or tying results in yards gained, beating by 5 or more results in double yards, if the CornerBack is an Ace, another card is drawn and if that card is an Ace the play is a touchdown. There is one key difference: If the Halfback card, once flipped, shows an Ace, the play is a fumble.

Now, this is all modified by the defender's choice of defense, represented by the 4 kings. For instance, the King of Spades is Run Defense. Selecting this card in the previous play would have added 1 to both the Defensive End and CornerBack cards. Had the defending player selected Pass Defense, both the Defensive End and Cornerback cards would be -1. Aces still have to be flipped for the touchdown/fumble checks.

I am currently in the process of developing the AI. I am a novice programmer, so I believe I know what a developer is looking for as far as rules of AI behavior is concerened.

Like I said, this is a fully designed and well tested game. I am hoping to find a developer who will split the proceeds with me 50/50, although this is negotiable.

Thanks for reading.

Mike
