Looking for device recommendation

My current contract is gonna be up next month & I'm looking to change my android phone (stupid galaxy S2 only allow 2 pathetic GBs for app installations )

So what currently out android phone has
-support for FDD-LTE 1800/2600
-2 GB RAM
-microSD card support
-screen smaller than 5.4 inches
-OS 4.4 Kitkat
-battery above 2000 mAh
-preferably quad-core Snapdragon

So far the most similar device I've found is Sony Xperia Z1
