Looking for flexible scheduler/task manager

[HighSierra]

Apologies if this has been answered, but I couldn't find this.

Galaxy S3. Stock scheduler won't allow set-up of recurring events for 2 specific types. One is to set-up a re-occurring meeting every so many weeks. Such as every 5th Wednesday, another I require is for example the second and fourth Wednesday of the month.

Can anyone suggest one that can do this?

TIA
