Looking for gmail app that can attach docs from Google Documentsapp

Maybe I'm missing something, but it looks like the email app that came with my LG Thrill does not allow me to attach docs from Google Documents. Can you recommend a good email app that allows docs to be attached from Google Docs, and from the file system on the phone?

I haven't tried this, but when you create the doc's in Google doc.s, I believe you need to save them locally in order to attach them to an e-mail. You might be able to share the doc. right from within Google Docs and have option as to how to share it. Have you tried the Gmail app. from the market? I use the stock email on my Atrix 4G which I like much better then the Gmail app.
