Root Looking for ICS ROM for A853

I'm a bit late on this thread but teddy i have sen you on multiple forums and you just are very knowledgeable. i am currently using a droid a853 and im looking for an ics build but cant find anything really. what would be your best advice for what to run on this phone? maybe possible run some newer apps? I'm open to all suggestions and I appreciate the help in advance. Thank you.

If I remember correctly, the A853 is the CDMA version of the Milestone and most all A855 roms will work on it. As far as an ICS rom, I never found one tthat would work worth a darn on mine. The answers came down to "If you don't install a gapps package, it'll work fine"

Really? That is the biggest part of Android is the apps. NO thanks. The last rom I put on it is ChevyNo1's Simply Stunning 5.6, a 2.3.7 rom and it worked well enough.
