Looking for larger size widgets

I want to put one app in the center of my home screen. I'd like it to be about 3 times larger than the stock size widget that I can get when I long press the home screen. How would I do that? Thanks

I use Minimalistic Text a lot. Many options there. You can have a homescreen image that defines your "tap" area, then add text in the block. You can launch any app, you can resize the widget block to any size you want. You can also define the "text" with no text, so the tap area has no words, but will still launch an app on tap. Or put your clock there and tap that to launch the app you want... lots of options.
