Looking for phone

I am currently on metro but I have been wanting to switch to virgin mobile. I saw this phone as a viable option but I was curious as to people's opinion on try his HTC one v compared to other virgin mobile androids under 200$.

Thank you.

I bought my One V for exactly $149.99, no tax, and free two day shipping at Amazon.com. They also had the Optimus Elite for $99.99, no tax, and free two day shipping. For under $200 bucks these are the only two phones I would recommend from Virgin Mobile.

They still have the 20% off the One V and Evo V which is not as good as Amazon's deal but still reasonable. I would not recommend the new Galaxy Reverb as the $249.99 plus tax seems too much considering the Evo only costs $239.99 plus tax until September 10. Besides that, VM has the habit of chopping the prices of their new phones after only two to three months of release, and we really don't know how the Reverb will perform.

With the 20% off, the One V seems like the sweet spot in VM's lineup with good specs and premium design, and the Optimus Elite will work just as well if you don't mind the lower resolution display. The Elite has a plastic build that's not really premium in design, but it does have Corning's Gorilla Glass.

Anyway, shop Amazon, RadioShack, and BestBuy to see if you can find a better deal than what VM is currently offering.

Thank you. I am in the process of getting my LG Connect with metro sold here as well and then in about two weeks I guess I am most likely going to purchase this phone. I like the dev on the phone that I see in the forums. Looking forward to spend more time on this forum than over on the LG Connect //// hehe.
